The 13th Special Lecture by Yanbian’s Window of Sino-Japan Exchange

The 13th special lecture was hosted by Yanbian’s Window of Sino-Japan Exchange at YBU’s East Building on November 5, 2015. Mr. Yamashita Urashi from the Japanese Department gave a lecture on work and interest from his personal experience in a Japanese company, who had served as manager of the Outsourcing Business Department, Fuji Software Planning Company Ltd. Then he patiently answered all the questions raised by the students present. Yanbian’s Window of Sino-Japan Exchange is a bridge to promote communication between China and Japan. It has devoted itself to the understanding of Japan. Mr. Yamashita’s lecture can help our students to learn more about the management of the Japanese company, as well as to see a clear way to balance work and interest.
